Six shot, five dead on West 89th Street

An areawide manhunt is under way by Cleveland police to find a
33-year-old man suspected of shooting at least six people Thursday
night on West 89th Street north of Detroit Avenue.

At least three of the victims were children, including toddler twin
boys. One was an adult woman. The age of the other victim, a female,
was not known.

"It's probably one of the worst multiple shootings that I've seen
in a long time," Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath told The Plain
Dealer. "I've seen a lot of previous ones, but this ranks right up
there at the top."
