Horror movie or real life

I'm pretty sure we had a topic similar to this back in the day, but I'll start a new one... Post stories about you or someone you know in a scary situation similar to a horror movie. This isn't the ghost stories thread, this is more like did someone ever try to break into your house while you were home? Or did you ever come upon a mysterious car in the middle of nowhere at night? Ever been followed walking or driving for a bit too long? That kinda stuff....
